Awaken is a Ministry that seeks to awaken people in faith, life and relationship with Jesus Christ. We desire to know our Holy Father, His Son Jesus and the Holy Spirit in all the fullness of the Gospel, to live as Sons and Daughters of God.

OUR MISSION AND VISION
The mission of our Awaken ministry is to unite people with Our Lord Jesus Christ, who is the source and centre of our lives. In the encounter with Jesus, our hope is that Jesus will awaken people’s faith and love of Him, so that they will be compelled to go out and share the Good News with others! Awaken is a Ministry that is made up of people who love the Lord, the Catholic Church, and those with a desire to renew Parish life and respond to the call of The New Evangelisation. Awaken ministry is nestled within the Parish of Our Lady of Fatima, Acacia Ridge. The basic format of an Awaken experience is fivefold: Kerygmatic preaching (sharing the Word of God), Praise and worship, Meditation, Healing and Holy Eucharist.
