Being a member of St Vincent de Paul is more than just helping the poor and disadvantaged in Acacia Ridge it is a spiritual journey aimed at deepening one’s faith.
Frederick Ozanam, the founder of St Vincent de Paul stressed that the “chief work of the Society is the saving of souls”, to support, to encourage with compassion and to be empathetic advocates for each other and for those voices crying in the wilderness.
